First you need to take appointment from VFS via email then VFS will reply you and give you appointment for the submission of visa application

For family reunification valid,translated and attested PCC is compulsory otherwise VFS will not accept your application

VISA INFORMATION
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN ONLY IN PORTUGAL EMBASSY IN PAKISTAN.THEY HAVE NO RULES FOR ANY KIND OF PROCEDURE.APPLICANTS ARE BAD TREATED....NOT RELIABLE SERVICE....

SEF APPROVAL LETTER
Mahjabeen first you take appointment from VFS and try to submit your documents if they don't accept it then you contact to the SEF and Ministry of foreign affairs in Lisbon and explain your situation

SEF APPROVAL LETTER
All the persons who have SEF APPROVAL LETTER whether it's expired or in validity they need to take appointment from VFS via email to submit their documents for the visa of family reunification.
