Hi Sila, I have same problem.I got my portuguese Marriage certificate and my wife is portuguese citizen.
waiting for long time now but no answer because embassy closed.we have to wait.
I try to contact Gerry lahore but nothing happens.even embassy says we must wait until embassy open.
