Manual meant Goan and Indian agents. Means goan agents and indian agents. He has always stood up woth facts as I too was victim of a fraud agent lady whose name starts with Fat. Luckily i took matters in my own hands and did my case myself with a lawyer in lisbon. Saved time and money

This message is to the ORIGINAL Manuel witj UAE flag.
Manuel, I am sorry but you have to stop targeting and bad mouthing Goans, not sure if you a Goan or a Mangalorean as some say here.

Your below message is in a bad taste where you say it, GOANS and Criminals are hand in gloves.

Useful info. However part two, if an individual who is still an Indian national discloses to the Indian government that their Portuguese assento has been used by a fraudster, then they involuntarily declare they hold another nationality and get into trouble themselves.
I believe getting good lawyer in Lisbon is the best option.
And any affected individual must never disclose his suspicions to a Goan or Indian agent as these folks are hand in glove in this criminal activity.

Stolen Identities - Part three
Finally, go after your agent. If your identity is stolen it’s very likely your agent leaked your information.

File a police complaint against the agent in India. This can be with the local police department in Goa.

The agents who do this need to be arrested. By going after them the problem will be reduced dramatically

Stolen Identities - Part two
Also email Indian immigration - support-boi@mha.gov.in and tell them your identity was stolen.

This will help in cancelling the culprits OCI. If the culprit tries to come back to India they’ll be caught. The Indian authorities recently arrested a couple from Gujarat with Portuguese passports.

In short ensure the culprit is boxed from all sides. They’ll basically be turned into a stateless refugee.

Stolen Identities
Hi all,

Multiple Goans are having their identities stolen by Indians to enter the EU. If your identity is stolen you first need to file a complaint with the Portuguese Criminal Police and SEF. A lawyer in Portugal , (Bernardo Reis is one) should be able to help you. Bernardo’s contact is Bernardo.reis@reismalheiro.com. Any good lawyer will do.

If your identity was stolen post December twenty twenty, the perpetrator is most likely in Ireland. Email the Irish PPS authorities- cis@welfare.ie.

Tell them your identity was stolen and if another person applied for a PPS number using the document that should be cancelled and the person arrested. Mention your full name and DOB in the email (as per the assento).

Living in Ireland is impossible without a PPS number so the perpetrator will be caught quickly. Also when entering Ireland all passports are scanned (including EU), so that would also help catching the culprit.

Note - The Portuguese authorities are pretty useless at catching the individual. You have to rely on the British or Irish officials to get them. Since most cases are post Brexit I’ve only included the Irish contacts.

James
Hi James,

If your suspicion is true and you have evidence, I strongly recommend you send an email to the CRC and copy to Goa Consulate. If the perpetrator is outside India then you can also write to Interpol, but first lodge an FIR in Goa. Finally appointing an advocate in Lisbon will greatly help in expediting the investigation and tracing the perpetrator immediately.
