Dear Madam/Sir,
I was born in Mumbai in 1958 from parents who were born in Goa but had married in Mumbai in 1946 (thereabouts).
I am a French resident presently living in Goa to care for my mother suffering from Alzheimer's.
I would definitely like to return to Europe with an EU passport to continue to work in Geneva (United Nations) where I worked for 23 years.
Can you please advise me as to what is required from me to apply for a Portuguese/EU passport.
Be grateful for your advice.
Thank you in advance.
