Yes u need a visa, u cannot exit India as the immigration may ask you to show ur proof of stay in India (ie Visa) , if u fail to produce than u may be fined.

Hello Ivan we got our Residency Certificate from the parish priest for the years seventy four seventy five We then got it Apostille and notarized
