It's useless calling embassy to ask about appointment where it has reached as per Claras experience they don't tell u proper date or month, they respond anything n brain wash the people, better seek help from people who got their appointments.

All the fees are mentioned on official embassy page please carry exact cash, no card payments accepted. See which one u need urgent or normal according to that u take cash, and one more thing if u need yr BI early after ten or twelve days u can just send mail to embassy OK this was told by one of my friend even same for passport.

Wow finally congrats and all the best Clara,that means they r really speeding up the CC process again a good news for those who are waiting, so u got yrs fifty days early, I got thirty days early, nathing much as I mentioned before all the documents required please take all yr proper documents n go, no phone is allowed leave it at home, no relatives or friends allowed with u, don't go so early n wait there if you reach by eight am is fine, some people go n wait five or six am which is again waste of time, please wear nice top because they click yr picture there don't know why, I hv not yet collected my CC I don't know which picture they will print on CC. All the best.. Please do share yr experience so that it will help people..

Any specific points for me to remember on my appointment date, to avoid any delay or confusion?

Dsouza, finally finally finally I have received a mail and my appointment is scheduled for next Friday.

And to all who are waiting, please do not loose hope as my application date was last year July in last week.

Nearly fifty days before my application date I have an appointment, whicg means they are speeding up.

Will update after my appointment is done, for sure.
