Please help me urgently!!! I am a Polish citizen based in England and 8 and 2 weeks months pregnant.My husband works full time and not always available.I fear that I will be alone after my 1st delivery.How long will it take me to get a Polish Passport for my son after delivery so I can go be with my family to get proper maternity care.Can I book an appointment before delivery?what documents do I need to produce? Thank you.
Sara .You dont have to translate if it is first passport for your son british birth certificate is fine. I had the same issue I have ticked other option where pesel is not required Passport 5 years for children age of 0-13. I have appointment on 20th of Dec hope will be able to do passport. The pessel they give you once the passport is ready.But you probably will have to ask the for it to have it for next time. Hope that was helpful.

I never experienced so such difficulty to get in touch with Consulate like with this one. Number is constaly busy so if you really need a help good luck with this. That should be more respect, consideration and respect for own citizens - hard working people who need to waist not only one day to solve any issue which is connected with Consulate. Maybe more smaller departments in different cities will be helpful to safe time and money. At this moment nightmare

i read all these comments and also i tried my self to get hold of them but they are real bast***d they are here in this country to make their ASS more fat
I have finally booked an appointement for my son passport and i still need some informations to be able to have all the documents ready for the booking day.I have tried to get informations sending mail and getting to the embassy with no results.
with a british birth certificate do i need to translate ?Do i get the pesel number which is on of the requirements to do the passport the same day i do th e passport or before.If i don't have the informations on time ,i might not have all the dopcument requested.
I have been unable to contact or book a visa appointment with Polish Embassy in Manchester for the past one or two weeks for me to attend a conference in Poland end of this month,it has been absolutely nightmare, their telephone is always engaged no matter what time even within the office hours, there website is rubbish and not accessible enough to book or apply online for visa appointment, so not sure what to do, can anyone advise?
Lucas. Edinburgh and Manchester offices are all the same and have been for years. It is an appalling way to treat people and should be exposed.
