How can I get in touch with the Council in Manchester???
I am going on a film shoot to Poland in November with BBC and need a new Polish passport but can't get hold of anyone in there! I have written an email, I phoned several hundred times and I visited the office, only to be told that pre-arranged interviews are the only way accepted to visit a council. Therefore it appears that no one is allowed to communicate with the Polish Council since their telephone system and email setup does not work.

I am going now to BBC Look North and will issue a statement about the working method of the Council in Manchester, further I will be issuing a press information in the local Telegraph to make a statement of dissatisfaction. It is also an interesting case to investigate for BBC Panorama and Dispatches, so please watch that space.

If any of you had problems contacting the Polish Council in Manchester please leave me a comment and I would like to hear from you and with your permission do the sound bite and film of what you think.

Many thanks

Travelling without visa
My friend is stuck in Poland in an airport because he dose not have a visa for Poland, he went from England and he is holding a refugee travel document and now they won't let him in and they will send him back in couple of days. Is there any chance we can get visa for him in England?
