I was invited today to a seminar at the College of Europe from June 24 to June 28. I tried to fill the application online but the earliest appointment is June 25! Is there anyway i can get an urgent appointment earlier on so that i get my visa on time.

how i could register an appointment
I am a Syrian Christian citizen holding Syrian passport, I left Syria a cause of the danger situation, I am against the regime, I cannot stay in Syria at this time.
For that humanity reason, Please dear sir, I ask you kindly to know if it possible to take a visa to Poland and I want to move to Holland please replay to this mail as soon as possible.
