I get in touch with a company in Poland regarding long term business relationship with them,
after we set the deal I offered them to meet in Poland and sign business contracts with them,
Every time they have an excuse and they tell me not necessary now you can come over after the first shipment ,which they send me the pro forma invoice and they told me you have to put a down payment before we confirm your order . please advice me what to do?
can you check for me about the company or can you recommend another office please.
I need to sign the contracts before anything and make sure the company exist .

The best thing is for YOU to apply for a Polish visa because with the Polish visa
you can enter Germany as well. We have already sent your name and information
to the Polish Embassy.
You should contact your nearest Polish Embassy or consulate for a visa
application. Please attach your invitation to the study tour with your application
and note clearly that this study tour is sponsored by the Polish Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
The Polish Embassy in Washington will send a cable to the Polish Embassy or
Consulate where you apply, confirming that your trip is sponsored by the Polish
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please contact the nearest Polish Embassy/Consulate as soon as possible.
It is important you let Jonnie Sofer know when you have applied and when you
receive your visa. And let us know immediately if you have any difficulties.
