agency wants to send worker to malaysia after work permit cancellation
Gud day. Sir just want to know if the agency is allowed to send maid to Malaysia to wait for another employer after present work permit cancelled? My employer and I agreed that my permit be cancelled and send me back to to Phil but then the agency don't agree coz accdng to them I need to pay pay first the six months salary deduction so if my employer send me home back to Phil the agency deduction cannot be paid that's why they're my employer permission to send me in Malaysia till they have another employer for me to complete the just to complete the deduction.. I'm working almost three months hr now with only 50 allowance from the agency.I Ned to know if this is allowed. Hoping for your immediate response. Thank u.
