visiting visa to philippines
dear sir,
greetings ffrom Germany.
Can i apply my Philip`s visa from Bangkok.
I am a cathollic priest originally from Sierra Leone
but staying permanently in Germany. I fly to Bangkok
on the 19. August and i am unable to apply for the visa hier. Last year i was in the Philippines and i want to visit People there that i know or People i want to help.
