Republic Act RA No 8239 or known as Philippines Passport Act 1996 under section 12.
Passport name: CHARLYN JOVEN YEE is not legally annul with her husband and they are still together in real life is using her single status since she flown in Dubai escaping her cases here in the Philippines and now she is in South Sudan.
SHE IS CHARLYN YEE PERTURBOS in NSO.I have complains(filled cases) with this woman and if my case will pursue the court will send it in Embassies in Nairobi and Egypt where the Philippine Embassy located.
