Since i came here in kishasa congo i was surprise that one of my collegue got a child here in kinshasa with a congoles mother. So i ask my friends if the birth of his son was regestered to our embessy he said "NO" and I ask why. He replied ....because he was not merried to the congoles wife due to the reason that he was legaly merried in the philippines.
And he want to bring with him his son to go back in the phillippines is it possible to issue a philippine passport for his son?. Please advice us..my email....serolf_828@yahoo.com
