2 po sa mga anak ko pinanganak sa Sabah,Malaysia..Ayaw po ihonor sa Phil Embassy, may pinapakuha po na conditional services form bago daw po ihonor yung birth cert nila..Saan ko po makukuha yung form na yun, ano pa po ang maadvise nyo? Thank you. Paki reply po sa mariompangan@yahoo.com
