I am in Ghana right now, I want to renew my Philippine passport which is going to expire on the 25th of February 2014. I want to know how to renew my passport without going to Abuja, Nigeria. Do I have to give my passport to the Philippine Consulate in Ghana, for him to arrange everything for me.
