People of Philippine,the Lord is your strength be comforted amen.
I have recently been scammed by nit one but now two nigerian men who have stolen the identities of at least two american soldiers. The last person is listed in your site with their request for a bisa into the Philaphines. I am outraged not just for nyself and what these men have to me and no doubt.other women but also that these dispicable men are also using fraudulant claims to God only knows how many countries to get visa to ruin more lives. And I have no doubts that this is their intention. I urge youe embassy to please jeep tgis in mind when you grant someone visas especially from nigeria.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Sincerely Kim

Dear Sir/Madam;
Good Day, I' m Marco Villafuerte working at Adamson University as a Liaison Officer assigned at Registrar's Office, my concern is we have a nigerian who wants to study but before they come here they need to apply for Acceptance Letter for them to get STUDENT VISA .
The acceptance letter is requested by one of her representative here in manila provided they submit her all documents such as School Records, police clearance, letter of sponsorship and etc.. all of this were complied. We processed it and authenticated by CHED and DFA for red ribbon. We send the letter to after they went to the embassy in abuja to submit the acceptance letter.
My question is if the student is a minor and under 18, are they giving also student visa cause according to Bureau of immigration only those 18 years old and above can get the student visa. So are they can come still here even in tourist visa and apply student visa when they turn 18 and go back to nigeria?
On the acceptance letter stated that for securing a special study permit instead of student visa because she's still a minor
I call to DFA in Manila and i talk to Mam Myla and tell her my concern, she said i can e-mail directly the embassy for my concern..
Hoping for your response. Thank you so much...
