Comments on this Consulate-General
Dear consulate staff, after reading the comments above I wanted to write about my experience of obtaining a Nadra card for myself. I booked the appointment online and it was straight forward. The procedure to obtain the card was first be seen then wait to be called then wait again, have a picture taken, and wait again to be called by the person who fills in the form. A long procedure but you are told in advance it can take upto an hour. The staff that dealt with me were fine, just busy with their work and dealing with fellow Pakistanis. As with all services there is room for improvement. Mainly being more time efficient. My card came within 4 weeks.
What a bunch of tattoos
Hello, I wanted to know whether you provide work experience or placements for graduates/undergraduates (with an English Language and Literature degree specifically).
Dear Head of Nadra,
I wish to register a complaint. The NADRA staff based in Manchester lack professionalism, empathy and behave inappropriately. They are not welcoming and completely abrupt. Please consider providing your staff with continued professional development and for goodness sake employ staff who can communicate with a good standard of English!
I have had to waste 2 whole days just to get a Nadra card and i have been dealt by with rude, incompetent and clueless staff who donot know their own procedures who have a very poor grasp of the english language and as pointed out in an ealier comment it is not pakistan that is bad it is these 'so called' ambassodors of pakistan that giving this whole consulate a bad name.Zero tolerance policy works both ways as clients we expect to be dealt with dignity and respect and not like a 'begger being chucked food'.Your online booking system is a farce and your systems in the consulate inadequate. I cannot believe it takes so long to get an appointment, deal with application and then get the Nadra card. This is a shambles and the manager needs to change this consulate. If i visit pakistan i will spend my hard earned money there so i should be welcomed by my ancestry not have barrier after barrier to prevent me visiting pakistan.I am a british born graduate fluent in English, urdu and punjabi can you tell me what the qualifications of these officers is that they feel everybody is below them? Absolute disgrace the staff here should be ashamed of calling themselves pakistanis!!Please sort out so that no one else has to endure this chaos and guess what after 3 months i still donot have a nadra card because i keep falling at the first hurdle!!
HI I NEED (PAFA 409)FARM HOW CAN I GET THIS FARM PLZ.
Hafiz
I agree with your comments about officials but to use these sentiments to say you are not proud to be Pakistani is going too far. Being proud Pakistani is different from being dissatisfied with officials.
BE PROUD ON BEING PAKISTANI AND CHANGE THE SYSTEM.
Do not take a back seat come forward and change things!

The answer is quite simple. NO
The way you get treated by these morons,I wish to god that I did not have a reason ever to go to pakistan.Remember these people belong to uncivilised, with no feelings for humans. Its no wonder that they were and are and will be the slaves to their masters, they will never move on to develope in humanity, like the other people and countries. I feel sorry for the pakistani people who have to put up with these so called pakistani officials.I feel proud to be British.
I have an appointment next week and as my brother holds a nadra card.I need to know what documents I need to take with me next week. Please can someone email back what is required asap much appericated.
