I am a bonafide nigerian and i went to renew my passport in johannesburg embassy and they said that my passport needs activation. My phone number was collected and a promise of calling me was made. Dear sir. I just arrived in Nigeria two month ago and I tried opening a bank account with my international passport which was issued to me at the Nigerian consulate in Johannesburg South Africa, I was told my international passport is not on record that they can't confirm it on Immigration portal.
