I'm a nigerian citizen but studying here in south african
I'm a Nigerian citizen, i come to South African in 2002 and in 2007 i decided to further my education I enroll at Technical college as a civil engineer and completed my cause in 2010 with extra (seven subjects for south African government certificate of competency examination) as required . And in 2011 I got admission at Durban university of Technology to study mechanical engineering, I have done my first and second year now but unfortunately my study visa expired early this year and I apply for the renewal but my application was rejected. Base on two factors 1) says that I submitted a fraudulent university letter heading and 2) non-existing medical aid which is not true all the documents that i submitted was authentic. These mater was handed over to immigration official who by their own terms of practice conducted their investigation, and after their investigation they made a written recommendation to headquarter in Pretoria stating that a chance should be given to the applicant in question to complete his studies.I was told to apply for an appeal to which I did.Now my problem is that during this whole saga in July/2014 our registration was also going on simultaneously. I was not allowed to register with the receipt i obtain from home-affair as we use to before, but only given a temporary permit to attend class by my department. And since last two weeks now my department has refused to renew the permit, stating that if home-affair do not issue a permit for me they will no longer would allowed me to attend or write my exam. I have been in and out of home-affair office with no success. So I really need an urgent assistance from our high commissioner regarding this issue as my future is disappearing before my own eye please sir. my contact number is (0733179929) or email at ochintoto@yahoo.com. BEST REGARDS.

Wine Export to Nigeria from South Africa
To whom this may concern

Our company is in the process of exporting wine to Nigeria from South Africa for the first time. The wine will be done under the Importers (Masters Energy, Oil & Gas limited) own brand. Please explain the process that we must follow to get product clearance and registration to get this export done ASAP. These wines need to be in Nigeria at the the end of November 2014.

Thank you
