Comments on this Consulate-General
Dear Ms U. J. Ajulu-Okeke,
I was at the Nigerian embassy in Sandton on the 3rd of September 2015 for passport renewal. I had applied and paid online, to my greatest surprise those of us who came to the embassy that were asked to park our cars out side on Rivonia road, the parking at the embassy was empty. Am asking why should this be, why should we park outside in the first place, why treat us like animals, why disrespect us. Is it a crime to be Nigerian?
Secondly, the embassy is collecting R120 hey say it is admin fee why is this not specified on the immigration website during application, if in fact this is legitimate a valid payment receipt should be issued but I was not given any slip or receipt.
Please we should start getting things right, there is no room for corruption in Nigeria.
THANK YOU
ERIC MADU

Dear Ms U. J. Ajulu-Okeke,
I hope are well,
Please assist me, I have been experiencing issues paying for my visa application as I don’t have a credit card, I do have a mentor assisting me to make payment with a visa card, but we have been getting errors.
I have sent emails to the innovate support centre, who has not responeded to me. The problem I am experiencing is this process proved to be a challenge, we have tried making the payment through an innovation software on the immagration portal, it was then discovered that a card will need to be registered first and this takes another 2 days for approval.
I am beginning to stress now because I will be traveling on the 9th of July 2015, and I have been activly trying to resolve this issue. I am confident that I will have the proof of payment in a day or two and I do have all the other supporting documents required for a business visa from the Tony Elumelu foudation. I will be visiting the consulate offices in Sandton as soon as I have the proof of payment.
Please is there anyway you can help me me speedying up the visa process? I called the Pretoria consulate and they told me it takes 2 weeks, when I called the consulate in Johannesburg I was told it takes one week.
Please advise me,
