Comments on this Embassy
Good morning,
My name is Obioma Godwin Uche, a Nigerian national currently living in Ecuador and I wish to renew my passport as soon as possible but I can't since there's no Nigerian embassy located here in Ecuador.
I have contacted the Nigerian embassy in Venezuela (being the closest to Ecuador) to see if they can come renew the passports of so many Nigerians currently living here but they keep saying that they are waiting on the embassy in Brazil, this explains my reason for writing.
Therefore, I would love to know the following:
a) What's the possibility and probability that the representatives of the Nigerian embassy in Brazil will come to Ecuador to renew the our passports (and yes, there are quite a good number of Nigerians in this situation) before the year ends? If so, what can the Nigerians in Ecuador interested in the renewal of their passports do to bring this into fruition?
b) If by all means it's impossible, when can one visit the embassy in Brazil for the passport renewal?
c) Once done, will the new passport be given out immediately or does one have to wait for some time and if so how long?
If I'll have to travel to Brazil for my passport renewal, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with all necessary information so as to come prepared and cut unnecessary expenses.
I hope you understand my plight.
I am eagerly looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Obioma Godwin Uche
