in 2008 and 209 I have travelled 4 times to Abuja to deliver lectures by a letetr of formal invitation in the African University of Science and Technology. In that cases the visa was issued from the embassies of Nigeria in Canada (owing to my visit there) and in Romania - the nearby Nigerian embassy to Bulgarian borders.
Now I am in Natal, Brazil at a distance quite far from the Embassy in Brasilia. How I have to proceed if I need to apply for a Nigerian visa for the same reason - a visit for 30 days and lectures in the same University, provided I am supplied with the respective letter of invitation and a visa letter sent to you directly from the University (email-PDF, original). Whether I should appear in the Embassy in Brasilia, WHICH IS A VERY UNWANTED VARIANT FOR ME, OR, I may send you the documentation by a special courier post, and hope to receive my passport back to my NATAL ADDRESS AT LEAST THREE DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP (25TH Sept 2010). I shall send you (1) my passport which expires in Feb 2012, it has more than 2 empty pages, (2) the letter of invitation by the University, (3) you will have the visa letter from the same University, (4) the document for the immunisation against yellow faver. (5) I BANK DOCUMENT FOR PAID VISA EXPENSES (please, elt me know your account) together with taxes defined by you, (6) PREPAID BACK POST EXPENSES. What else I should make to be sure that if the application is made befote 5th September, I shall have back my passport and visa before 23th Sept 2010, in order to travel on 25th sept 2010 to Abuja. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely, Professor Dr. Dimo I. Uzunov, Bulgarian citizen, bulgarian passport, temporaly (one year) in Brazil for professional reasons
