I have been calling the embassy number to book appointment , but no response.

Pls I want to come on Tuesday for my renewal passport I got a job and they give me offer later already and they said I should bring my passport to the office, please what can you do for me if I come on Tuesday please can I get it in a week because of overstay. Thanks
