Police Clearance Certificate
Dear Sir,

My father, a retired professor worked in the School of Accountancy and Business Studies in Uyo, Nigeria during the period 1981 to 1984.
Now he is 77 years of age and currently lives in India. He plans to apply for permanent residency in Canada to live with my sister and her family.
Towards processing his residency in Canada, he needs the Police Clearance Certificate from Nigeria.

Where should the application for Police Clearance Certificate be submitted? What is the procedure for obtaining the same?
Would appreciate if you could send me the contact address and number of the office to be contacted.
