am i mr.tham bahadur magar from jubail please clarify to me ,i can renew my passport before two years or not,because my passport will be expire on November -2017,as per direction from nepal goverment should be needed M.R.P system so i want to renew my passport with M.R.P before two years then valid date if possible .

My passport was expired on 12-12-2015 but till have old passport & after 6 month i want to go vacation sir before vacation i want take MRP passport sir what is the processor kindly please advice.
