An electronic authorization system (SAE)
Hello. I am a resident of Ukraine, but temporarily live in Canada. I am planning to travel to Mexico with an electronic authorization approval which is allowed for Ukrainians:
http://www.inm.gob.mx/index.php/page/Solicitud_de_Autorizacion_Electronica/en.html

However, I checked with several airline companies whether they are part of SAE scheme, but no one of them was able to provide this information. Seems like no one is familiar with this.

Could you please advise who can help me to obtain such information or where I can find the list of all companies who are part of SAE scheme?

Thank you in advance!

Moving to Mexico to buy home
We are planning to move by truck & trailer to Mx.this fall.My Mexican wife needs to know if we can take all our furniture and belongings with us to our new (potential ) home? Some Mexiacn Immigration info says that in order for this to happen she must declare and swear that " I declare under penalty of perjury that my return is final". Does this mean she would be unable to return with me for summers in Canada ?

I am due to receive my permanent Mexican status at the beginning of March as I have renewed my temporary 4 times. Due to serious health reasons I may not be able to be in Mexico for this important renewal …can I renew and get converted to permanent resident by applying at the Calgary Mexican consulate ?

cigarettes
I have found a website that says I am allowed to take 20 pkgs of Canadian cigarettes into Mexico. If I arrive with more, will they be confiscated or will I simply be required to pay the 16% duty tax?

Past crimes come back to haunt???
I was denied access to the USA due to some minor theft under charges from about 8 years ago. I have been told that the states are very strict on this. How can I find out if I clear the Mexican borders?

Dancer traveling to mexico to dance on resort
Is there any way I can get my ballet certificate legalized and translated into spanish on rush?! There was a missunderstanding with my future employers and they are needing this document ASAP! I have emailed, faxed and mailed the unstamped document to my nearest embassy (Calgary AB) twice, but I sort of needed the completed document like yesterday!
