If you check this website, you can clarify a lot of your doubts.
I cannot find a Mexican Consolate website despite the fact I typed "Mexican Consolate in Canada" in my search engine. Why can I NOT FIND what I need to get my dog into Mexico. I have read that I need an International Certificate of Good Health (Form 77-043)but cannot find that anywhere. Please help.
Thank you, Denise Bahrey
