The staff is really helpful and for police clearance all you need to know is found http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/online
I was really silly to ignore it and try "shortcuts" in Malaysia and lost the ccontrol of my application, but I received support and resolution from authorities from both embassy and Consular Service in Malaysia.

The Malaysian High commission in Canberra is pretty unhelpful when it comes to providing information needed. I am in the processing of trying to obtain my Malaysian police clearance and previously they used to issue itself but now everything is only done via mail. You need to fill the forms online and after they approve it mail the required documents back to the High commission of Malaysia in ACT.
