what are the document requirement for tourist vias to

Hi please i will explain my case.i opened a company with d initial share capital of 10000 LTl.on that behalf i applied for trp on may and my trp was granted on november .then i applied for visa after 1 week i went to collect my passport only 2 find out that the embassy denied me visa after my trp has been granted.reasons they wrote on my refusal letter saying MY DOCUMENT LOOKS AS IF IT WAS FORGED HOW CAN IT BE FORGED AND THE IMMIGRATION IN LITHUANIA GRANTED MY TRP.now the company that invited wants to appeal against the embassys decision .please i want to know if my company appeal against it and finally our appeal should be granted will the embassy call me back for my visa???and please is there any one that has experienced this please he/she should advice me please right now am so disappointed.and again my trp has been granted and embassy denied me visa is that possible ?please help me out by answering my qeustions please or contact me on francisuche164@yahoo.com.....thanks and God bless
