Don't apply in Lithuania for student visa , if you are educated person . If educated monkey then go ahead.
Dear All,
We request to all of you don't waste your time and money for Lithuania country, Because embassy is so strict , either not response properly and never email and call you and don't let you know about your visa status on time (before the confirmed flight), in that case you need to wait in New Delhi and pay for hotels and fares. Many foreigners came here from Africa, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka and also Indian included. But they never provide Visa, and put refusal stamp on your passport,( and one student which got visa, his flight date was gone and again embassy cancelled his visa. ) out of 25 students, only one got visa, in my knowledge, I can provide you proof and either linked with some other students, who applied and got refusal, as a Humanity and for save of country students future, better to apply in other country, rather than this poor country. They refused without any solid reason, refusal provided with their language , even you can't re-appeal for visa, and can not explain briefly. Well my all dear brothers and friends, please apply for other country, don't waste money and time, they don't care about your money, even all money go first such as confirmed air-ticket, insurance, university fee, after all deduction of fares and fee and cost of living in Delhi, with cheap hotels, you will lost around 50000 to 60000 rupees approximately. Thanks and hope you understand very well. If not go ahead and apply and enjoy your time and money.

Don't Apply apply For Lithuania study/tourist visa
My friends , I have a request to all of you , Lithuania is not a good country ,They will just waste your time and money .They will never reply or call you after proceeding the application . Embassy is just in a house . Documents submit only on Monday and Thursday , collection for passport on tuesday and friday . I saw this year i noticed only 3-4 people out of 100 got study visa . So dont waste your time and money .
