I can't go further with my studies because of an ID. My father was a South African Citizen and my mother is from Lesotho, my father died when I was 10 and I'm turning 21 this year, I tried to go to home affairs with his death certificate buh nothing went well. Can somebody help? 073536543

Hi All. I am a South African citizen and my father is tok but was born in lesotho. I am in need of my fathers birth certificate from lesotho, I have made a few calls to see if I can get this from and embassy in SA but was told I have to go to lesotho, this sounds a bit crazy to me though.
