hi am struggling to get an identity document,my mother is from Lesotho and my father is a south African.I have gone to Lesotho last year august to apply for an ID and they have told me that they need my fathers unabridged certificate.And now is been 5 months and i am still waiting for that unabridged certificate.Help me please 0613023623
