To whom it may concern, is tomorrow a working day or an off day. I need to get a permission to my wife to be able to make a passport for our new-born baby. I hope to recieve a reply by tonight so that i can plan what to do tomorrow. In case, what documents are required?

I am Gabriel Mitri Lebanese holding a Lebanese passport and working in Riyadh KSA as project manager in Almari Company in the poultry division
In my project I must travel a lot in Europe and Arab counters to meet with many suppliers
I am looking for your help to provide me with the list of country a Lebanese passport holder do not need an entry visa
