Hi, im an Egyptian passport holder lives in Riyadh. Im planning to visit Lebanon this summer for tourism. Do i need to get visa from Riyadh at your embassy, or should i get the visa when i arrive there.

I am Bangladesh national, holding Saudi residence permit, but the profession mentioned is labor in both ( in my old passport also in my Iqama) even i am working as Executive Secretary, with my old passport i have visited to Thailand and Malaysia for 15 days during my last vacation. recently i have have got my new passport (machine readable), Am I eligible to get On arrival visa?
