Dear Sir,
I am interested to study MSc food science in padova university in Italy which has offer in English. However, the application deadline is April 26, 2017. As a understand from the website that the academic certificate should validate from embassy or consulate office before pre-registration. I try to find out the reality but it was known that the certificate should validate from India which is not possible to visit and submitt certificate within 5 days. Therefore, I would like to request you to suggest me about the solution of this issue. please suggest.can't be process from kathmandu?
