I have returned back to Nepal on 19th October after my month long vacation. Currently,I am based in outside of Kathmandu and do not plan to come KTM for next 3/4 month. I tried to send report back documents via consulateofitaly@mos.com.np email but it seems that it is not working. Could you please suggest me alternative way... Thank you

I need to obtain visa to enter Italy within 7 days because i want to attend the interview of PhD position conducted by Humanitas University,Milan,Italy. The interview date has been scheduled on 9 &10 October,2017.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Hallo. My name is Bibek Lama Tamang; a Nepali citizen, currently residing in Rome, Italy. I came here 3 years ago in Family-reunion visa and now I want to study here in La Sapienza University of Rome for Bachelors study in Information Technology.
Therefore I need to translate and legalize my high school documents since I have completed my high school in Nepal; with an Declaration of value respectively which is an mandatory requirement of University for the admission; and asusual they told me that, it is only possible to do and obtain through the Nepali consulate in Nepal.
So what are the other required documents to be submitted, with respect to my High school certificates? Andthen, in how many days, my document will be translated, since I had to submitt my every Documents by months of September; aswell as the time to get the Declaration of value?
