Dear sir / madam

I was in Frankfurt in Mar 2007 for a convention and purchased train tickets for Nuremberg, not having a word of German I relied totally on the staff of Deutsche Bahn for direction. She gave my husband a form to sign for the tickets, so we thought. I have now received 2 letters from Universum Inkasso looking for money saying that we didn't pay our yearly subscription to Deutsche Bahn, We were totally oblivious that we purchased tickets with yearly renewal and i put this in a letter back to Universum Inkasso, they replied that if we couldn't understand the language we shouldn't have signed the form. As i stated above we totally relied on the staff of the Deutsche. We are now been told to avoid any legal enforcement we should pay a figure of €187.76 which i think is outrageous. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we are receiving and i am wondering if you could help me out with this situation
thanking you
