Just to express my feelings about how the Ireland embassy gladly issue visas but when ,y husband was detained at dublin airport they offered absolutely no assistance with advising the garda officer who detained ,y husband. He was dragged out of the airport in handcuffs because I was not with him at the time and the garda officer was verbally abusive to him calling hi, a bastard. I have formally complained to the Ireland Ombudsman. Not a great service from the, I am disgusted by hoz my husband was treated by the garda officer at dublin airport.
good morning

Just a quick word of thanks to Regina and the rest of the staff at the Embassy for their patience and calm while I was hopping off the four walls when my son's and my passport were stolen recently. Regina was more than helpful and sympathetic and whatever she is earning, she deserves more!! Thanks again. Barry
