I called many times indian Embassy manila but it always direct me to website. But the website cannot answer my question so i need to talk to anybody. With all my disappointment to talk to anybody so i just find myself writing here to gather information.
I am a Filipina my husband is Indian citizen, And presently i am in India. I am adopting a child (she's also my niece) but the process is still going on. I want to bring her to india after all the process of adoption was done. So i want to know WHAT KIND OF VISA THE FASTEST WAY THAT I can get her?.Coz I believe PIO will take too long. His 28 years old it is compulsury to submit the parents consent or affidavit?In my case my parents already die or decease so only i have death certificate my parents, so how i provide the said parents affidavit?
