Dear sir, This is Ghulam Yahya Sargand from Helmand, Afghanistan. I have a BS degree in Civil Engineering and want to study for my MS in India. I am currently having a job as an assistant lecturer in Helmand State University. I was provided with a short-term (55 days) scholarship on E-Learning by Indian Embassy, in Kabul. I successfully completed the program from 26-Oct-2015 to 18-Dec-2015. During these 2 month, I felt living in India as living in my own home. Indians are very friendly (especially with Afghans). Hi: I have passed my bachlor degree in pakistan from University of Haripur. Now I want to complet my furthure studies in business but due to financail probloms I can not proceed so I request from the government of india to provide me scholership in india at any university to complet my education. I hope you are fine and doing well. I kindly request you to pave the way for me to participate in a merit-based scholarship in the field TESOL because I graduated from Language and Literature of English department. I participated in many scholarship programs and got the highest score, but rejected by the high ranking authorities of Afghanistan because I didn't have any intermediary to help me.
