I am From Kunar-Afghanistan, I have been graduated 12th grade since 2014.I tried during the last two years to get admission in India Scholarship program in Kabul, but I could not success, I multi times contacted with Ministry of higher Education of Afghanistan in Kabul and asked much more times in India Embassy in Kabulas well, but nobody gave my at least information and a chance for admission in scholarship examination,there is no Chance for better and good education in this war affected country,The three decades war not only destroyed the infrastructures but badly affected Education in country,so I would never last my every possible struggles until to get chance of scholarship for getting education in India,so please provide me at least information for admission in Indian scholarship program in Kabul with following contact addresses,

I am graduated from Abdul hadi davi high school in 2014 . And at the present i am first year student of journalism faculty in Kabul university .
We have alots of intelligent teachers in here but we don't have a useful system of study in here .
I did alots of research for finding a good system of lessons and I found that the best system of study is in India country .

During examination Hall (Embassy of India in Kabul)i asked from one of indian authorized person that when will you have announced our result He didn't response me , so when they will announce can anyone of you show me the exact time of announcing result .2016
