i exported red onion to dubai 1 month before.payment agreement is 100% tt against scan copy of shipping documents.so i sent scan copy of shipping documents.he told that he paid .so,i believed him and sent all original documents to him.till now i didn't get payment.what is the procedure to claim payment from him .please advise me.
We had supplied to a company in Haryana and in Oct 2015 the material was supplied. The MD shifted his base from India to Dubai, as we were keeping pressure he met us in his last visit in January and assured us he would pay the next day but now we have no contact. Kindly help us as to how we could contact him in Dubai.

Sir,my husband leave me in India in Aug 2015 and unwilling to give me visa. After my misscarriage and his family planing for his second marriage.He forced me to give him mutual divorce.He is working in Dubai and not giving me a single money for my survival.I come to know he file a divorce against me.I contact with his company but they do not give me his salary details.I just want to know how come I will get his salary details to file a maintainace. I m a house wife and I have no source of income.While staying in Dubai he took a phone connection with my name and last four month he is not paying the bill.Phone company sending me mail for bill.please help me how can I resolve this issues.thanks
