Ghana Visa
Applying for a Ghanaian visa is necessary for foreign nationals of most countries.
Ghana permits candidates from several African countries and a small selection of Asian countries to visit for a short period without the need to apply for a visa.
However, in all other cases, making a visa application is an essential requirement for all those who intend to visit or immigrate to Ghana for any length of time.
Types of Visa for Ghana
In Ghana, immigration services allow nationals of ECOWAS countries (Economic Community of West African States) to enter Ghana without applying for visas. This courtesy is also extended to nationals of Egypt, Hong Kong, Kenya, Mauritius, and Singapore.
In addition, those candidates entering Ghana only en route to another final destination may enter the country without a transit visa if they will depart within 24 hours and they are in possession of tickets and seat reservations for their onward travel.
In these circumstances, passengers must not leave the airport transit zone. Beyond these concessions, all applicants wishing to travel to the country will need to be in possession of a valid permit for Ghana.
In Ghana, visas for short stay durations are issued as either a tourist visa, or a business visa.
Ghana Tourist visa
In Ghana, visa applications for tourist visas will normally result in a Ghanaian visa which is valid for three months from the date of issue.
However, it is important to note that the actual length of time that a successful applicant is permitted to stay in Ghana is at the discretion of airport officials.
Those applying for Ghanaian visas of this type are only guaranteed entry clearance for a period of one month.

The question I need answering has been asked above but I can't see an answer to it. We live in the UK, planning to visit Ghana next month. We may visit Nigeria during our visit. Do we need a visa to go to Nigeria from Ghana? We all have British passports. Thanks.
I've been traveln to Accra for long with my International pasport and I just registered a company basically to help people enjoy their trip and holiday in Accra,(Different places to visit and good hotels to pass night) I do go by road with accredited transport company, how can the Ghana embasy in lagos help me to strenghteen my bussiness deal between the two contries?
