Beware: IPA (Institute of Professional Accountants) www.IPAorg.com is an unaccredited institute provides certificates from a fake associations/institutes in USA, UK…..etc. For example: American Institute of Professional Accountants www.AIPAorg.com registered by IPA as a Virtual Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of Tennessee, USA to approve the IPA certificates.
IPA is not a professional organization; it is a training company for profit, provides Non-Credible Certificates.

I have the honour most respectfully yours to implore into the offices of your honourable to grant me an educational assistance based on the long time bilateral relationship that exist between our two nations(Ghana and Guinea).

Sir/Madam, I am a Guinean who had obtained my first degree and would like to further enhance my studies in Diplomacy and International Relations and Ghana being known for her quality education, has been my choice. So in this regard, I have deemed it necessary to contact your office to grant me your humanitarian assistance so that this good desire of mine will be implemented.

Sir/Madam, in awaiting your possible reply to this my application, I would thank you as usual for the humanitarian services thus rendered to we needy students desirous of achieving quality education.
