Most Arabs loves Germany (no question about that ) its actually the old heritage of Nazi Germany , and becuase of Arab cases with west (USA , UK and Isreal) but the new genration might had new ideas .... I hope German read carefully and open their eyes on what they are offering on their TVs since the new world is greatly different

I would like to know if there is any DAAD program other than the one which is closed by Iraqi government that I can apply to it knowing that I have M.Sc in materials engineering from Babylon university and I wish to get a PhD from Germany.
