How can i apply visa for learning language in Germany

Please let me know the requirements for job seeker visa as I can't find anything related to job seeker visa in Muscat embassy website.
I have a visa that will expire in July and I want to go to Germany in mid-June and maybe when I get back the visa will be over. Is it possible to get a longer period or have to apply for a new visa?
