Hi,
I applied for the Short stay-private Visa in TLS contact Center, London and was refused for completely absurd reason. I wish to appeal against the decision. To appeal, i need the name of the consulate general who refused my visa. Is Mr. M. Bertrand COCHERY currently the Consulate general of france in London?
