Im egyptian .. I finished all the documents needed for the visa .. and i have already an invitation..but they told me the credit cards must be stamped from central bank in Egypt .. but all other embassies dont need it.. is the central bank stamp is obligatory and important ?

pls advise
i am married to a polish man orfy for now .but what i want to know is does the egyptian consulate in warsaw perform marriage between an egyptian woman and a polish man? how long it takes? what documents do i need to have from egypt and or poland before we go to poland to legalize this marriage as i want him to have egyptian residency because we cannot live in separate counries.
