To Whom it may concern,
I am a Congressional political candidate in the United States, and an Afghan Army soldier has contacted me regarding immigration to Canada. How would he go about finding out the rules and procedures on this process in your country? I know how to steer him toward information in the US, but I am unsure of the procedures involved for Candad immigration.
He currently resides in Kabul, Afghanistan - can he go to the Embassy there to inquire about immigration requirements?
